KCH routinely represents individuals with regard to domestic issues, including divorces, support matters, custody disputes, and adoptions. We strive to assist clients in resolving cases favorably without the need for court intervention.  However, if a case cannot be resolved on terms favorable and acceptable to our client, we aggressively represent our clients during the litigation phase of their case.  Our approach seeks to compassionately assist clients throughout the emotionally challenging aspects of any domestic proceeding without compromising the objectives of the client.  Repeated referrals from past clients continues to be the best indicator of our success in this approach.
