KCH provides vigorous representation to clients who suffer injuries as a result of negligence or intentional acts. In personal injury cases (not work-related), we provide representation from the filing of the claim with an insurance company through trial, if necessary.  However, in many cases, we are able to negotiate a successful settlement without the need for trial.
In virtually all personal injury cases, we provide legal representation on a contingency fee basis.  That is, you pay no legal fees unless we obtain money for you.  Please note that in Colorado even with a contingent fee agreement, a client may be responsible for costs of litigation.
